I am writing to thank you very much for the help you gave me – I think it was Oct. 13! As a result we had a wonderful holiday, travelling and returning to San Francisco. You gave me so much information about cystitis, and also some terrific one – ….. about – well, life! Hugely helpful and to the point. It is a visit I can remember for your kindness and directness.
